To assist us with our operational needs, we have partnered with Soul Walk (www.soulwalk.org) to be part of their Nashville fund raising “walk” September 18, 2010. The “walk” is a 5K walk to raise funds for local and international mission projects.
50% of the funds raised by an organization will be given back to the organization for its mission projects and Soul Walk will retain 50% for their mission projects. There are no administrative costs involved with this “walk”, as there are national and regional sponsors for these expenses. The “walk” is held at the Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park in Nashville, TN. This is the fifth year the “walk” has been held.
The money raised by those supporting the Soul Walk is primarily to be generated from those outside the organization and it is not designed to compete with the funds already earmarked for the organization.
Belle Aire Ministry Partners, Inc. will be a team captain for this “walk” and also given an opportunity to present materials on our programs and other supporting programs to those in attendance at the “walk”. Another benefit of being a team capital is that we can have revenue sharing arrangements with other organizations that support our programs.
We are truly a partner with your church or organization. You have your talents and missions and we support those talents and missions and provide for missions of our own.
The Soul Walk Program
As previously described, the Soul Walk program takes 50% of the amount raised and that amount is used in the Soul Walk missions programs (previously used for various world mission projects). The Soul Walk organization while not affiliated with a church organization is Christian faith-based.
We would propose to establish supporting team below our organization that could share in the revenues raised by the “walk”. The funds distributed to the church group or non-profit group would be available to be used as the leadership of the church or non-profit designates (world missions, youth missions, local programs to name a few uses).
